Register Events for Insurance

Great to hear you are taking part in a local event to raise awareness of your Plastic Free Community and the actions everyone can take to support and reduce plastic.

We can insure stalls at other events, workshops, talks and small awareness events. If you are unsure whether the event you are attending or hosting is covered, drop us a line on plasticfreecommunities@sas.org.uk.

If you are hosting an event, please upload the event spaces’ public liability insurance, and drop us an email if you have any questions.

To be covered we need you to:

1. Download these documents for reference:

2. Amend the risk assessment where needed and fill in the details of your event:
